Why am I unable to access QVR Pro video streams via HTTP or RTSP share links from outside the network?


To access video streams via HTTP or RTSP share links, your network settings must be correctly configured.
If the NAS is behind a router, you need to forward a port on your router for the HTTP or RTSP service. Afterwards, you should be able to access video streams via HTTP or RTSP share links.

Drag the camera that is recording your desired video segment into the main view.  Click on the  Export Recordings  icon.  We can select the export settings from this window. In this tutorial, we will export a 5-minute segment from our recording, so we will change  Duration  to  5 minutes  and leave the other settings as default. By checking  Advanced Settings , you can select the output format and other specifications.
