Why am I unable to view the RTSP streams generated from QVR Pro using VLC media player or other players that support RTSP?

Some players that support RTSP have a timeout mechanism (with a specified period of time, for example, 10 seconds in VLC media player) to minimize waste of resources. These players may stop waiting if an RTSP stream is not generated within the time limits due to the following reasons:

- The specified resolution for the stream is too high.
- The stream is not in use by QVR Pro, neither for live view nor for recording.
