Using QVR Center to manage QVR, QVR Pro & Surveillance Station



QVR Center QVR Pro Control Center 
Centrally manage multiple QVR Pros for a greater surveillance experience
QVR Center itself is a free application that does not require any licenses.
By default, QVR Center can manage up to 2 QVR Pro servers (which have limited access to playback features). 
To manage more QVR Pro servers in QVR Center (up to 128 servers), you need to activate the QVR Pro Gold license on these QVR Pro servers. 
In addition to server scalability in QVR Center, QVR Pro Gold also provides you with access to other premium features.
Note: Note: Starting from QVR Center 1.1.0, you can also manage QVR 5.1.3 and Surveillance Station 5.1.3 in QVR Center.

How to Set Minimum or Maximum Number of Recording Days In this tutorial, we will be setting the minimum number of recording days to 2 days, and leave the maximum number of days undefined (default). In  QVR Pro , open  Recording Storage . Navigate into the  Recording Location and Days  tab, then click on the  Edit icon  under the desired camera. Under  Channel setting , select  Use custom settings  and set  Days  to  At Least 2 Days , then finally hit  Apply . How to Export Recordings from QVR Pro Client Open your  QVR Pro Client , then login with the  QVR Pro ’s IP address and the proper login credentials. Drag the camera that is recording your desired video segment into the main view.  Click on the  Export Recordings  icon.  We can select the export settings from this window. In this tutorial, we will export a 5-minute segment from our recording, so we will change  Duration  to  5 minutes  and leave the other settings as default. By checking  Advanced Settings , you can select the output format and other specifications.
