Why is the actual resolution of my QVR Pro video recording different from the resolution that I specify on my MOBOTIX M16 camera?

This is a know issue that occurs when users select H.264 as the video compression format for the MOBOTIX M16 camera while using VLC media player to receive the video stream.

How to Export Recordings from QVR Pro Client Open your  QVR Pro Client , then login with the  QVR Pro ’s IP address and the proper login credentials. Drag the camera that is recording your desired video segment into the main view.  Click on the  Export Recordings  icon.  We can select the export settings from this window. In this tutorial, we will export a 5-minute segment from our recording, so we will change  Duration  to  5 minutes  and leave the other settings as default. By checking  Advanced Settings , you can select the output format and other specifications.
