Why do my camera channels display distorted images when playing back H.264 videos after I enable hardware acceleration?


The results of hardware-accelerated video decoding depend on the compatibility of your GPU with video formats. QNAP recommends disabling hardware acceleration if its results do not meet your expectations.

Drag the camera that is recording your desired video segment into the main view.  Click on the  Export Recordings  icon.  We can select the export settings from this window.
