Why am I unable to monitor videos on QVR Center via QVR Pro Client with a WAN IP address?


If the QVR Pro server is on an intranet, QVR Center currently only supports connecting to the server with a WAN IP address using a VPN service.

For more information on how to set up a VPN service on the NAS, see the QVPN Service section in the QTS User Guide.

How to Export Recordings from QVR Pro Client Open your  QVR Pro Client , then login with the  QVR Pro ’s IP address and the proper login credentials. Drag the camera that is recording your desired video segment into the main view.  Click on the  Export Recordings  icon.  We can select the export settings from this window. In this tutorial, we will export a 5-minute segment from our recording, so we will change  Duration  to  5 minutes  and leave the other settings as default. By checking  Advanced Settings , you can select the output format and other specifications.
